From our experience we have felt that Northeast India lacks professionally managed benchmark accommodation facilities for students and young professionals. The unorganised sector of Paying Guest and Hostel facilities being provided by private building owners and agents do not provide adequate facilities which students and young professionals of other parts of the country enjoy during the formative years of their career.
