After an overwhelming response to four of our smart living facilities for students and working professionals at Jonali, Beltola, Survey and Shanti Path, we are now presenting our fifth facility Eco Living by Uptown at Narengi, Guwahati. It is a premium 74 bedded world-class residential smart hostel space for girls with unmatched amenities.

From our experience we have felt that Northeast India lacks professionally managed benchmark accommodation facilities for students and young professionals.
